Recording Cemeteries at DHR

Step 1: Download the Citizen Cemetery Form from DHR.

Step 2: Create a map or maps showing the shape and location of your cemetery

Step 3: Take photos (film or digital) if possible

Step 4: Mail your information to the address on the Citizen Cemetery Form or email it to Jolene at DHR.
