Recording Cemeteries at DHR

Step 1: Download the Citizen Cemetery Form from DHR.

Step 2: Create a map or maps showing the shape and location of your cemetery. You can use the V-CRIS Mapviewer, Google Maps, or any other legible map.

Step 3: Take photos (film or digital) if possible.

Step 4: Email your information to Jolene at DHR or mail it to the address on the Citizen Cemetery Form.
